Mobile-2-Mobile transfer via IVR
Transfer funds to another MobiCash account easily and securely using IVR to sign the transaction. To do this, both the sender call the MobiCash server at +2787 751 3104 and enters the PIN, Cell phone number and the amount he wishes to pay followed by the # key.
Instantly the receiver get a notification via SMS. This service does not require the payee to register for the service or open a new bank account
Merchant Payment
(in a simulation with 2 cellphones):
>> To make a payment (DEBIT) for a Face-2-Face transaction:
a) The Merchant dials: +2787 751 3103
b) Enters the Amount in cents followed by #
(e.g.: 2250# = R22.50)
c) The Merchant invites the customer to call:
+2787 751 3104
d) The customer places his phone close to the Merchant's cell phone.
>> To load Customer Account (CREDIT) in a Face-2-Face transaction the Merchant:
a) Merchant dials: +2787 751 3103
b) Enters * (asterisk)
c) Enters the Amount in cents followed by #
(e.g.: *2250# = R22.50)
d) The Merchant invites the customer to call:
+2787 751 3104
e) The customer places his phone close to the Merchant's cellphone.
